This website monitors your visits to pages on the site together with the time, date, IP address and other information provided by your browser. This is primarily to enable Websitecraft to improve this website and understand it market. Please contact Websitecraft with any questions you have about this. This website stores information entered by public visitors polls, surveys etc as used from time to time.

Any information entered through the ‘Contact us’ or 'Tell a friend' facilities is forwarded as email(s) immediately and not stored in this website.

Users of search engines should be aware that the search strings used to find www.websitecraft.co.uk are available to Websitecraft.

Websitecraft holds personal information in two capacities: if processing a client's data under contract Websitecraft is a data processor under the definition in the Data Protection Act 1998; if processing personal information for the purposes of marketing, sales or customer service it does so a data controller. In either case, Websitecraft will take care to protect the confidentiality of all personal information and specifically, will not pass such information to third parties.

Websitecraft will keep confidential all other proprietary information prospective clients provide in pre-contract discussions.  In addition, Websitecraft will enter into a formal non-disclosure agreement on request.

Pre-sales discussions

This website is our shop window and tries to give a full and honest description of Websitecraft and the way we do business.  However, nothing in this website is binding on Websitecraft, its clients, suppliers or partners.

If Websitecraft issues a proposal which is accepted by the payment of a non-returnable deposit, both parties shall make reasonable endeavours to work to that proposal. If the parties subsequently contract for Websitecrafts' services, there shall be an agreement in writing that shall superseded the proposal and all previous discussions.

Subsequent changes to the agreement shall be in writing but may be proceeded by further proposals.

Use of restricted pages of this website

Websitecraft may, at its discretion and when relevant, issue staff of clients, suppliers, partners and other persons with a log-on to the restricted pages of this website. These pages contain reference information that may be helpful. This information could be used by Websitecraft's competitors to their advantage and so a condition of use is that logons shall not be divulged (to anyone) and the information on these pages shall be deemed to be Confidential information under the terms of any agreement.

Websitecraft takes reasonable care to ensure information on the restricted pages is correct but shall not be liable for errors and omissions.

As the restricted pages develop, additional conditions of use will be posted here.
